Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment terms: 25% advance for confirmation of booking and balance 75% for minimum guarantee to be paid one week prior to the event.
  2. Service staff will cost $30 per hour.
  3. Final guest count confirmation is required at least 10 days before the event date.
  4. It is the Client’s responsibility to brief us about any dietary restrictions or allergies upon reservation.
  5. We reserve the right to take photographs of the event for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
  6. All catering packages are priced for a minimum of 50 guests.
  7. Leftovers will be disposed of unless the client requests otherwise; thereafter responsibility for food safety shifts to the client.
