- Payment terms: 25% advance for confirmation of booking and balance 75% for minimum guarantee to be paid one week prior to the event.
- Service staff will cost $30 per hour.
- Final guest count confirmation is required at least 10 days before the event date.
- It is the Client’s responsibility to brief us about any dietary restrictions or allergies upon reservation.
- We reserve the right to take photographs of the event for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- All catering packages are priced for a minimum of 50 guests.
- Leftovers will be disposed of unless the client requests otherwise; thereafter responsibility for food safety shifts to the client.
